Renewable Energy
Linamar contributes a significant amount of renewable energy to the local grid in Ontario where a majority of its manufacturing sites operate. More than 20 facilities house rooftop photovoltaic solar panel installations. Annual electricity generated and provided to the grid from this renewable solar source is in excess of 7,000,000 kWh per year.
