On December 26, 2014, Linamar’s Chairman and founder Frank Hasenfratz received a great honour and was inducted as a member of the Order of Canada, recognizing his philanthrophy and leadership in the manufacturing industry and what he has done for Canada. It was his vision which took a small, one-man machine shop run out of his basement and grew it into a global corporation with 50 manufacturing facilities across the world employing almost 20,000 people.

Congratulations Mr. Hasenfratz on being awarded Canada’s highest civilian honour and for being so deserving of such a distinction.
